PRESENTATION
Dear Readers, I have the honour
of presenting to you the monthly One World Magazine, which has been coming out in
English in Sofia for seven years now, and for that period the magazine has established
itself as an authoritative and preferred publication to the foreign community and
the English-speaking people.
Its main topics are Bulgarian and world policies, business and culture. The magazine’s
team is comprised of famous Bulgarian and foreign journalists, sociologists and
political scientists. The magazine has an official press bureau in Paris - France,
where part of its print is distributed as well.
One World Magazine comes out in a 5 000 print, À-4 format, on high quality
chrome mat paper, 32 pages in colour. Distribution - each month 75% gratis. 45 %
of the print of the magazine reaches the business circles; 10% - Lufthansa, the
Bulgarian political elite, the state and non-governmental organizations; 5% -
the foreign diplomatic missions; 10% - the international business and political
institutions outside of Bulgaria, 25 % - subscription; 5%-other. The readers of
the magazine are about 10 000 - 12 000 and cover a target group of 25 - 60 years of age.
One World Magazine is provided to all diplomatic and trade agencies on the territory
of the country, banks, Bulgarian and foreign companies, state and non-governmental
organisations. The magazine can be seen on the stalls selling foreign printed publications,
as well as during international business meetings and fairs, and also in airline
offices, the larger hotels in the capital, the editing offices of Bulgarian and
foreign mass media, advertising agencies etc. One World Magazine can be found in
25 world libraries.
